What is Artbase Studio?
Artbase Studio is a platform for independent artists and creators to sell their work online. It provides:

How much does it cost?
Artbase Studio offers several plans:

Account & Billing
How do I become a Founding Artist?
Founding Artist status is granted to early adopters during specific promotional periods. Benefits include:
- 0% platform commission for 2 years
- Priority support
- Early access to new features
Can I have multiple stores?
Yes! You can create multiple organizations (stores) under one account. Each store is separate with its own:
- Products and inventory
- Customers and orders
- Subscription plan
- Channel connections
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings → Billing
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Select "Cancel Plan"
Your store will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Products & Inventory
How do I create product variants?
- Open a product
- Click "Add Variant"
- Enter variant details (name, SKU, price, inventory)
- Save changes
Variants can have different prices, inventory counts, and images.
Can I sell digital products?
Yes! When creating a product:
- Toggle "Digital Product"
- Upload the file
- Customers receive download link after purchase
How does inventory tracking work?
Inventory is tracked at the variant level:
- Available: Stock ready to sell
- Reserved: Held for pending orders
- Reorder Point: Triggers low stock alert
Enable "Continue selling when out of stock" to allow overselling.
Orders & Shipping
How do I fulfill an order?
- Go to Orders
- Select the order
- Click "Ship Order"
- Enter carrier and tracking number
- Customer receives shipping notification
Can I print shipping labels?
Artbase Studio integrates with shipping providers. Connect your account in Settings → Shipping to print labels directly.
How do I handle refunds?
- Open the order
- Click "Refund"
- Select full or partial refund
- Confirm in Stripe Dashboard
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically take 5-10 business days.
Channels & Integrations
How do I connect Etsy?
- Go to Settings → Channels
- Click "Connect Etsy"
- Authorize Artbase Studio
- Select your shop
- Orders sync automatically
Will connecting channels duplicate my inventory?
Channel orders sync to Artbase Studio, but inventory is not automatically synced back to channels. Use the inventory management features to keep stock levels consistent.
What data is synced from channels?
From Etsy:
- Orders and line items
- Customer information
- Transaction details
From Gumroad:
- Sales data
- Customer emails
- License keys (for digital)
Email Marketing
How do I import subscribers?
- Go to Email → Subscribers
- Click "Import"
- Upload CSV with email column
- Map columns and import
Ensure you have consent to email imported subscribers.
What's the email sending limit?
Limits depend on your plan:

How is my data protected?

Troubleshooting
My orders aren't syncing from Etsy
- Check that your Etsy connection is active
- Verify the sync service is running
- Re-authorize if tokens expired
- Check Settings → Channels for error messages
Emails are going to spam
- Verify your sending domain
- Set up DKIM and SPF records
- Warm up your domain gradually
- Avoid spam trigger words
The mobile app is slow
- Check your internet connection
- Update to the latest app version
- Clear app cache
